• Our 24-hour turnarounds apply to all audio podcast editing services. There are occassionally exceptions for more complex edits, but over 90% of submitted audio podcasts are delivered within 24 hours.
• Our video edits can take a little longer, but are generally still delivered within 48 hours.
• Please note however that any additional revision requests takes another 24 hours.

Our podcast launch packages are much more involved, and generally include one-on-one direction, intro/outro creation, professional edits and branding. That said, we typically can have you up and running, with the potential of your first episodes being submitted to directories within 2 weeks.

Once you sign up and submit your files, you'll have personalised access to your own dashboard and have a direct line of communication with your podcast editor. Your dashboard will act as a centralised hub, giving you the ability to request revisions, edit requests, and add extras to your orders, like show notes or transcription.

You'll receieve unlimited revisions until you're happy with your finished product. We're not happy until you're happy.

We recommend setting yourself a realistic schedule for your podcast and trying your best to stick to it. Whether it's once a week, or once a month, listeners will be far more likely to stay with you if you post in a reliable, consistent manner. We usually recommend trying us out for a podcast or two before trying to set a schedule. After that you can make a more informed decision on finding the right balance. If you try to post too frequently, you'll burn yourself out. Too infrequently, and you'll lose momentum.

Unfortunately, since we have to set aside contractor resources for our regular subscribers, we don't typically allow clients to rollover unused episodes to the next month. That said, if you reach out to us before hand and let us know you'd like to reduce your number of episodes temporarily, or pause your subscription, we can always work something out.
